Trail Skills Workshop — Build Confidence on the Trails
Who: Beginner trail runners or those wanting more confidence
When: Sunday 14th December 2.30pm
Duration: 45-minute practical session
What: Hands-on trail-specific drills focused on safe, efficient ascending and descending techniques. You’ll practice body position, foot placement, pacing, and cadence, plus short drills to improve balance, agility and terrain reading.
Why: Practical repetition builds skill and confidence — leave with usable techniques you can apply immediately on the trail.
Cost: $15 per person, pay on the day.
Bring: Trail shoes, water and a positive attitude.
