Bibbulmun Adventure 2025 - 3 Day Multi-stage Race

Denmark, Western Australia

Wednesday 12th Nov - Monday 17th Nov

We’re all set for this year’s 2025 Bibbulmun 3 Day Multiday Stage Race Adventure! Mark your calendars, November 12th to 17th, because we’ve already booked some super accommodation at Ocean Beach.  Approximate total cost $800 per person.

The remaining balance for this adventure will need to be paid by 1st October 2025. 

Inclusions:

  • Transport from Perth to Denmark and back to Perth
  • Comfortable share accommodation with two bathrooms for 5 nights (couples on queen room, singles in bunk room. 
  • Daily transfers to and from the stage race, events, restaurants, and some sightseeing on Thursday
  • A training plan for both short and long courses by the greatest coach in the world … Tracy 
  • A legendary Trail Trekkers Buff

Who this adventure is for

Trail Runners that have a reasonable level of fitness. If you are unsure, please reach out, as we are able to cater for all abilities.

Inclusions

Trail Trekkers will provide:

  • Transport from relevent Airport to Race destination/s and return to Airport
  • Comfortable share accommodation with (couples on double rooms, singles in single/bunk rooms. 
  • Daily transfers to and from stage race, events, restaurants, and some sightseeing.
  • A training plan for all course options by the greatest coach in the world … Tracy 
  • A legendary Trail Trekkers Buff 

Exclusions

Trail Trekkers don't provide:

  • Flights: You’ll need to book your own
  • Race registration: You'll need to register your entry to the relevant race when it opens.  

What you need to bring

  • Running/hiking clothing
  • Trail Shoes
  • Capacity to carry 1.5 litres of water
  • Snake bandage and emergency blanket
  • Phone
  • Sunscreen & Insect repellent
  • First Aide (Blister Management)
  • Fuel (e.g.Tail Wind) and Snacks (e.g. muesli bars, trail mix, lollies)
  • Mandatory equipment as required for chosen race options
  • Credit card or phone to pay for meals and personal expenses

Waiver, Terms & Conditions

Before signing up to this adventure please be sure to read through our adventure policy. You will be asked to complete a waiver and medical form before departure. All participants are to:

  • follow the instructions provided by Trail Trekkers to ensure everyones safety and enjoyment;
  • have an existing level of trail running experience and fitness;
  • be a team player (this is a group tour that will be a ton of fun and involves working together);
  • carry your own water, food, appropriate clothing (including thermals and rainwear), medications as required, basic first aid (snake bandage and emergency blanket) and mobile phone;
  • warm up and cool down (drills and stretches will be guided);
  • carry out all rubbish.

Safety Information

Safety on our race adventures is our number one priority. The following safety measures will be implemented by Trail Trekkers as part of this adventure:

  • Clear instructions will be provided for times required to be at transfer points. Please ensure you are on time for all transfers as required
  • Ensure you stay hydrated and fueled to allow you to perform well with your chosen race distance
  • Plan ahead to ensure you have all necessary back up supplies and gear in drop bags and carry emergency supplies with you in your pack just in case.
  • All runners will have the Race Organiser's mobile number, in case they need to make contact during the adventure.
  • Keep aware aare of hazards while moving over the trail e.g.; low branch, trip hazard, wildlife, etc. We recommend you don't wear earphones so you are aware of your surroundings.
  • Above all have fun! It's a privilege to be able to run in these beautiful areas
